THE REGISTRAR: Good afternoon, Your Honours. Good afternoon everyone in and around the courtroom. This is case number IT-03-69-T. The Prosecutor versus Jovica Stanisic and Franko Simatovic.

JUDGE ORIE: Thank you, Madam Registrar. It says that we are already in private or closed session. I think we are still in open session but if there are no procedural issues, the first thing I'd like to do is to turn into closed session.
