This is a Status Conference with accordance with Rule 65 bis. I have two tasks in this Status Conference. One is to organise changes between the parties so as to ensure the expeditious preparation for the trial. Second, to review the status of the case and to allow the accused the opportunity to raise issues in relation thereto, including the mental 30 and physical conditions of the accused.

So the first issue I would like to ask to the parties, that is about the disclosure issues. Yes, Mr. Mundis?

MR. MUNDIS: Thank, Your Honour. My understanding is that the disclosure is being conducted pursuant to the rules. We have just, in fact, disclosed some additional information or material to my learned colleague for the Defence and my understanding is that everything is proceeding smoothly with respect to disclosure.

JUDGE LIU: Thank you very much. Mr. Cooper could I get confirmation from your side?

MR. COOPER: Your Honour, I confirm that the process of disclosure is continuing and I'm grateful for the cooperation of the Office of the Prosecutor in that respect.

JUDGE LIU: Thank you. Any other matters that the parties would like to inform me?

MR. MUNDIS: Nothing further from the Prosecution, Mr. President.

JUDGE LIU: And Defence?

MR. COOPER: And nothing further from the Defence, thank you.

JUDGE LIU: I see. Mr. Bralo, do you have any issue relating to your mental and physical condition which you would like to raise directly with me?

THE ACCUSED: [Interpretation] No.

JUDGE LIU: Do you have any complaints during your stay in the Detention Unit?

THE ACCUSED: [Interpretation] No. 31

JUDGE LIU: Well, you may sit down, please.

THE ACCUSED: [In English] Thank you.

JUDGE LIU: Well, I understand that there is still some time before the trial of this case, but however, I believe that the parties should be prepared, and do everything possible to facilitate the preparations.

So I believe there is no other matters that the parties would like to raise at this stage.

Well, the next Status Conference will take place no later than 120 days from today, which brings us towards July 2005. The Trial Chamber will issue a scheduling order when we have set an exact date for the next conference.

Well, I believe that the hearing is over.

--- Whereupon the Status Conference adjourned at 2.33 p.m.
